Unified End-User License Agreement (EULA) & Service Terms

Effective Date: October 26, 2026 | Applies to all games published by AI Wazir

Universal Scope: These single, unified Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all mobile games, software applications, websites, and related interactive services published by AI Wazir (including Zombie Shot and any future titles) available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or direct distribution.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or playing any game published by AI Wazir ("we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, or use our games.

If you are under 18 years of age (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

02. Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI Wazir grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and play our games solely on personal devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will not:

  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of any game or component.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or exploit our games for commercial purposes.
  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to alter gameplay or progression.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, copyright mark, or trademark contained in our games.

03. In-Game Virtual Currency & Progress

Our games may feature virtual currency (such as coins), stars, score points, weapon unlocks, or progression items. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual currency and items are solely in-game entertainment features licensed to you, not property owned by you.
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or any third party.
  • All game saves, progress, and coin balances are stored locally on your device or via official platform game saves (such as Google Play Games). We are not responsible for lost progress resulting from device reset, cache clearing, uninstallation, or operating system errors.

04. In-Game Advertisements & Third-Party Services

To provide high-quality games free of charge, our titles integrate third-party advertising services, primarily Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google AdSense.

  • Ad Types: You may encounter interstitial ads (full-screen ads shown during level transitions), rewarded video ads (optional videos you choose to watch to earn double coins or in-game bonuses), and banner ads.
  • Third-Party Content: Advertisements are served by third-party advertising networks. We do not control or endorse the products or services advertised, and your interaction with advertisers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
  • Rewarded Ads: Where rewarded ads are offered, virtual rewards are credited only upon complete, verified viewing as determined by the advertising SDK.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to our games—including without limitation game titles, source code, game mechanics, physics simulations, sound effects, musical compositions, visual art, character sprites, animations, user interface designs, and logos—are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of AI Wazir and its licensors.

The names AI Wazir, Zombie Shot, and associated branding are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

06. Updates & Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, balance, update, suspend, or discontinue any game (including specific levels, features, or content) at any time without liability. We may release mandatory or optional patches and updates through app stores to maintain compatibility, enhance security, or fix bugs.

07. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL GAMES AND SERVICES PUBLISHED BY AI WAZIR ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, ACCURATE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE OR OPERATING SYSTEM CONFIGURATION.

08. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI WAZIR, ITS CREATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR GAMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

09. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of any of our games following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
